SMS/Text Messaging Program
Agreement to Receive Text Messages — Carya Medical LLC/Renata Angelini, MD offers an SMS/MMS text messaging program for enrolled patients. Enrollment takes place in our office through a signed consent form — using this website does not by itself enroll you in the program. Once enrolled, you agree that we may send you periodic SMS or MMS messages (appointment reminders, insurance info, administrative matters).
